Holiday Package Booking Terms:

Booking Process:

Before proceeding to the booking page, you agree that you have read, understood and accepted the terms and conditions.

You warrant that all details submitted during booking procedure is correct and you accept for all transactions.

Payment Policy:

Package prices are showed / Quoted in our Email / website. You are requested to return duly signed and completed booking form to us along with an initial deposit (25% of total Package Cost)  for all Package packages. This initial deposit amount is nonrefundable or nontransferable in the event of cancellation / change of travel date of package by the Clients.

Advance Booking Fee:

  • 30 Days or more before date of departure: 25% of total Package cost
  • 29-20 Days before date of departure: 50% of total Package cost
  • 19 Days or less before date of departure or a "No Show " on the Package: 100% of total Package cost

Note: The Client must pay the balance amount in 20 days prior to the date of departure of the Package. If client fails to pay the balance amount within stipulated time then the booking shall be deemed to be the cancelled and entire initial deposit will be forfeited and the passenger shall not be entitled to the refund of the same.

All cheques (Banks which are operating in India) in payment of bills must be crossed "A/C Payee only" and drawn in favour of Shubh Tour and Travel Consultancy”. Payable at Bengaluru.

Amendments /Cancellations:

Client may cancel or amend his/her travel arrangements because of whatsoever reasons including illness, accident, or any other personal reason including non-payment of the balance payment, the Company is liable to recover Cancellation charges from the Client. The cancellation charges applicable are as per the published cancellation policy below:

Cancellation charges per person:

  • 30 days or more before departure: 25% of total cost
  • 29 – 20 days before departure: 50% of total cost
  • Less than 19 days before departure: 100% of total cost

Any amendment or cancellation to be done through sending an e-mail to that effect from the person who made the booking must be received at our office. All changes will be processed only after the receipt of the same by the concerned person / Company. However, if any of the amendment requests results in cancellation of one or more services, then the Company is liable to recover cancellation charges as indicated above-mentioned.

The above-mentioned cancellation charges are applicable only against the main Package and optional Packages published by the Company. If the Client has booked any other services such as air / train tickets or any third party product, then the Company is liable to recover cancellation charges as per cancellation terms of respective airline / railways or the cancellation terms of respective third party. The Company is also liable to recover its service charges against booking and cancelling such services for the Client.

 

If we change or cancel your holiday

  • We do plan the arrangements in advance. It is very unlikely that we will have to make any changes to your travel arrangements.
  • Occasionally, we may have to make changes and we reserve the right to do so at any time. If there are any changes, we will advise you of them at the earliest possible date.
  • We also reserve the right under any circumstances to cancel your travel arrangements by assigning reasons to you.
  • If we are unable to provide the booked travel arrangements due to reasons beyond our control (e.g. bad weather): We shall first try to offer alternative dates for the Package if the Package hasn't already commenced.
  • If the Package has already commenced, then we shall refund the booking price/fee charged to you on a pro-rata basis depending on the portion of the Package utilized by you.
  • In all circumstances, however, our liability shall be limited to refunding to you the price we charged as Package fees.

 

Refund Policy:

If the booking is cancelled, the refund amount due will be processed to your bank within 30 days. Sometimes the concerned bank may take longer before the credit is reflected in your account.

Refund will be issued in the name of the person in whose favour the receipt was issued.

If payment has been received by credit/debit card, the refund shall be credited to the same card by which the payment was received. For all other cases, refund will be made by Account Payee Cheque or NEFT/RTGS only.

No Refund For Unutilized Services - It is clearly understood that there shall be no refund or compensation whatsoever for unutilized services. This general rule applies to all kinds of no utilization or under-utilization of Package services, whether of the whole or part of the Package and whether as a matter of your choice, or caused by your fault or compelled by circumstances such as ill-health, weather, external factors etc. As a consequence of the above rule, please note that no refund will be admissible in the following circumstances (amongst others). There would be no refund if you fail to join the group at the commencement of the Package or join the group later or leave the group before culmination of the Package for any reasons whatsoever. There will be no refund if you fail to or are unable to utilize any of the services on the Package like airline travel, hotels, sightseeing, rides, cruises, meals, entrance fees, optional Packages etc due to any reason whatsoever such as late reporting, ill-health etc.

SHUBTTC shall not be responsible and / or liable for any damages caused to you due to reasons beyond our control (Force Majeure / Vis Majeure). Any overstay expenses due to delay or changes in bus / flights / ships / trains or cancellation of special bogie or other services due to sickness, weather conditions, war, threat of war, strikes, rebellions, disturbances, unrest, curfew or any other cause whatsoever, shall be borne entirely by you and we shall not be liable for the same.

 

CONDITIONS OF TRAVEL:

 

  • The client will have to strictly follow the Package Program. There shall be no refund, if the client fails to join the group at the commencement of the Package, or joins the group later or leaves the group before culmination of the Package. It shall be noted that for all purposes, it shall be the responsibility of the Client to reach the place of commencement of the Package and register with the representative of the Company at the appointed place, date and time.
  • In case where a client along with his family is compelled to discontinue the Package due to any reason whatsoever including illness, death or loss of any travel documents, no claim shall be entertained for refund of unutilized services. Even if a client is unable to reach the place of commencement of the Package due to any reason whatsoever including loss of baggage or loss of travel documents, his booking shall be treated as "no show" on the Package and 100% cancellation charges will be levied.
  • If a client avails pre - Package services or part thereof, or the air tickets (if booked under the offer) but fails to join the group for the main Package at the appointed place, or cancels the Package after using the air tickets or pre - Package arrangements or part thereof, it shall be treated as "no show" and there will be no refund whatsoever for the unutilized pre-Package or main Package services.
  • The Company reserves the right to withdraw Package membership of any client whose behavior is deemed likely to affect the smooth operation of the Package or adversely affect the enjoyment or safety of other passengers and the Company shall be under no liability to any such person.
  • The immunities provided under this contract shall be available to THE COMPANY's employees, directors, managers, including, Employees and Agents but not to the Independent Contractors selected by THE COMPANY.
  • Each of these conditions shall be severable from the other and if any provision be invalid, illegal or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall nevertheless have full force and effect. No liability on the part of THE COMPANY arising in any way out of the Contract in respect of any Package, holiday, excursion facilities shall exceed the total amount paid or agreed to be paid for the Package holiday, and shall in no case include any consequential, incidental loss or additional expense whatsoever.
  • It is a condition of Booking that the client takes out a Holiday Insurance.  – Client may procure travel insurance (optional) at their own cost. THE COMPANY will not provide any assistance in obtaining any travel insurance.
  • The prices quoted in this brochure have been calculated at the rate prevailing at the time of printing of this brochure. THE COMPANY reserves the right to amend the prices published in this brochure in case of fuel costs, special/high season charge levied by the suppliers, hike in the airline/rail charges before the date of departure and to surcharge accordingly. The Client must pay for all such increases in price in full before the departure.
  • If no suit/action is brought against THE COMPANY within 15 days of the last day of the domestic Package, THE COMPANY shall be discharged from all liabilities under/or arising out of this Contract and the Client shall be deemed to have Relinquished/abandoned all his rights under or arising from this Contract.
  • If the client books with a travel agent and such booking with that agent includes, but is not limited to THE COMPANY arrangements, the contract is with clients' travel agent and THE COMPANY is a supplier to clients' travel agent.
  • In case of publication of any travel scheme offering any discount or benefit by THE COMPANY, THE COMPANY shall have the sole right to withdraw such a scheme or discount at any time unless a specific assurance of the contrary is published.

 

 

 

LIABILITY:

 

  • In the event of SHUBHTTC exercising its rights to amend or alter any Package or holiday advertised in their site/ itinerary after such Package or holiday has been booked, the client shall have the right:
  • To continue with the Package or holiday as amended or altered or to accept any alternative Package or holiday, which SHUBHTTC may offer
  • In both the above cases, the client shall not be entitled to SHUBHTTC and SHUBHTTC shall not be liable to the client for any damage, additional expenses, consequential loss suffered by him or to pay any amount as refund. In the event that SHUBHTTC is unable to conduct a particular Package, SHUBHTTC shall at its own discretion, refund the amount of the cost of the said Package to the client (after deducting the actual expenses incurred by SHUBHTTC on clients' booking and on other overheads as applicable from case to case) without any interest on the same. The client will not be entitled to make any grievance thereafter in respect of the same.
  • SHUBHTTC shall, in no circumstances whatsoever, be liable to the client or any person traveling with him for:
  • Any death, personal injury, sickness, accident, loss, delay, discomfort, increased expenses, consequential loss and/or damage or any kind of theft howsoever caused.
  • Any act, omission, default of any independent contractor or other person or by any servant or agent employed by them who may be engaged or concerned in the provision of accommodation, refreshment, carriage facility or service for the client or for any person traveling with him howsoever caused.
  • The temporary or permanent loss of or damage to baggage or personal effects howsoever caused including willful negligence on the part of any person.
  • Loss of baggage by the airlines / coach / train
  • Overbooking of seats by the airlines / coach / train.
  • Failure on the part of airline to accommodate passengers despite having confirmed tickets or change of route.
  • If in the event that the client is booked on a particular airline and the said flight is over booked/cancelled for whatever reason and the client is not allowed/able to board the flight, the client shall not hold SHUBHTTC responsible for the same and no claim whatsoever can be made by the client against SHUBHTTC for refund or compensation.
  • SHUBHTTC shall not be responsible and / or liable for any damages caused to the client due to reasons beyond the control of SHUBHTTC (Force Majeure / Vis Majeure).

 

While enjoying the services provided by THE COMPANY, if any client’s acts or omission results in damage or loss to THE COMPANY’s vendor or service provider which includes but is not limited to (airlines, hotels, transports etc. and vendors’ staff), the client shall be liable and agrees to indemnify and hold harmless THE COMPANY its directors, officers or such vendor from and against such claims

BROCHURE ACCURACY


All information given in this brochure is based on the information available at the time of publication. We reserve the right to change any brochure information before or after your booking the Package due to any events beyond our control. Incase if we are aware of any changes sufficiently in advance we will notify you at the time of booking, otherwise our Package Manager or Local representative will inform you of the changes. Major road works or floods, landslides may necessitate route changes in the itineraries, the restaurants may close or change management. All of these may cause us to make changes in the itineraries. Where we may know of these sufficiently in advance we will notify you, otherwise our Package Managers or local representative will inform you of the changes on the spot.

 

The Company has mentioned the detailed itinerary, price inclusions & exclusions, special notes etc. in the brochure.

 

 

 

 

SCOPE OF ACTIVITY:

 

  • Shubh Tour and Travel Consultancy is engaged in the business of organizing travel and holidays and does not control or operate any airline, neither own or control any shipping company, coach or coach company, hotel, transport, restaurant, kitchen caravan or any other facility or service mentioned in this brochure.
  • We take care in selecting all the ingredients in your holiday; but because we only select and inspect them and have no control in running of them, we shall not be responsible for any delay, improper service provided by any agency, airline, transport, hotel, any provider of services, for any injury, death, loss or damage which is caused by the act or default of the management or employees of any hotel, airlines, shipping companies, coach owners /coach operators /Package operators who are the SHUBHTTC's independent contractors.
  • SHUBHTTC  shall not be responsible for any delay or deficiency in service provided by agency, airline, transport, hotel, any provider of services, and/or any act or actions of co-travelers, co-passengers which may result in injury, damage to the life/limb or property of the client or interfere with enjoying or availing the services to be provided on the domestic Package.


Definitions

In the terms and conditions set out in this document, the following terms shall, unless contrary to the context, have the meaning specified.

  • "You" means the person / s in whose name and / or whose behalf the Booking is made. Alternatively, the reference may be made in the third person as "Package Participant"/ "They" / "Client" / "Them" / "His" / "Her".
  • "We"/"Us"/"Company" means Shubh Tour and Travel Consultancy (SHUBHTTC).
  • "Infant" and "Child" mean respectively a person below the age of two years and a person more than the age of two and below the age of twelve years.
  • "Contractor" / "Supplier" means supplier of any infrastructural facility and shall include hotel managements, airlines, caterers, restaurants, places of entertainment like theme parks, museums, art galleries etc shipping company, railway, ferry, cruise, coach who are to provide the services to the Client.
  • "Package Cost" means the Package cost mentioned in the quotations and other payments such as taxes, surcharges etc payable by the client to the Company
  • "Website" means www.shubhttc.org
  • "Web pages" means pages on the Website www.shubhttc.org
  • Brochure means catalogue / leaflet / email or any other document containing the details about the itinerary / activities on the domestic Package.

 

 

 

 

TERMS & CONDITIONS:

 

  1. There is no Contract between the company and the client until the company has received the initial deposit amount per person as specified for each Package package. The full payment must be received in accordance with procedures laid down under Payments Terms. If not paid in that time, the company reserves the right to cancel the booking with consequent loss of deposit and apply scale of cancellation charges as mentioned in the cancellation policy hereunder.

 

  1. The Company has the right at any time and for any reason:

 

    1. To terminate the Contract after acceptance of the deposit but prior to the Commencement of Package without assigning any reason whatsoever. In the event, the Company terminates the Contract, the company shall refund the initial deposit amount without payment of any interest.
    2. To amend, alter, vary or withdraw any Package, holiday, excursion or facility it has advertised or published or to substitute an Independent Contractor of similar class if it is deemed advisable or necessary. In either case, the Company shall not be liable for any damage, additional expense, or consequential loss suffered by the Clients or for any compensation claims made.
    3. The Company would be operating its Group Packages with minimum group strength of 10 adult passengers in each group. If the group strength falls below 10 passengers, the Company reserves the right to Pre-pone OR Postpone OR Merge or Cancel the group. If the Company cancels the Group Package for any of the above reasons then the monies paid till then by Clients will be refunded against the receipt copies. It is clear understanding between either parties that any loss arising on account of cancellation of flight / train / bus tickets booked by the Clients; either through the Company or on his/her own or through a third party; the Company shall not be liable for such losses or additional expense, or consequential loss suffered by the Clients.

 

  1. No person other than the Company, in writing, has the authority to vary, add, amplify or waive any stipulation, representation, term or condition in this brochure.
  2. In the event of the Company exercising its rights to amend or alter any of the services as mentioned in the itinerary, after such Package or holiday has been booked, the Client shall have the right:
  1. To continue with the Package or holiday as amended or altered.
  2. To accept any alternative Package or holiday which the company may offer. In either of these above cases the Client shall not be entitled to, or the Company shall not be liable to the Client for any damage. Additional expense, consequential loss suffered by him or to pay any amount as refund.
  1. In case of any dispute, decision of Shubh Tour and Travel Consultancy will be final and binding.
  2. Shubh Package and Travel Consultancy reserves the right to call you back on the contact number shared by you on the website.

 

  1.   a) If the Client has any complaint in respect of the services provided by any

of the Independent Contractors, the Client shall immediately notify the same in writing to the Independent Contractor and a copy thereof should be handed over to the Package Manager of the Company in order to enable the Company to take up the matter with the Independent Contractor so that in future other Clients do not face the same difficulty.

 

  1. Any claim or complaint by the Client must be notified to the Company in writing within 28 days of the end of this holiday Package. No claim notified to this Company beyond this period will be entertained and the Company shall incur no liability whatsoever in respect thereof.
  1. It is hereby declared that the immunities provided under this Contract shall be available to the Company’s managers, including Package managers, employees, servants and agents but not to the Independent Contractors selected by the Company.
  2. Each of this condition shall be severable from the other end if any provision be invalid, illegal or unenforceable. The remaining provisions shall nevertheless have full force and effect.

 

  1.  Health & Safety: The Company shall in no circumstances whatsoever will be liable to the Client or any person traveling for:
  • Any death personal injury, sickness, accident, loss, delay, discomfort, increased expenses, consequential loss and / or damage or any misadventure howsoever caused
  • Any act, omission, default or Independent Contractor or other person or be any servant or agent , employed by them who may be engaged or concerned in the provision of accommodation, refreshment, carriage facilities or service for the Client or for any person travelling with him howsoever caused.
  • The temporary or permanent loss of or damage to baggage or personal effects howsoever caused In this condition the expression “Howsoever caused” includes negligence on the part of any person.
  • No liability on the part of the Company arising in any way out of this Contract in respect of any Package, holiday, excursion facility shall exceed the total amount paid or agreed to be paid for the Package holiday, and shall in no case include any consequential loss or additional expense whatsoever.

 

11) Insurance: 

The Package cost does not include the any costs towards the Travel / Mediclaim Insurance premium. Hence, it is advisable that the clients get insurance cover at their own costs.

In case if the Client needs an Insurance coverage, it is suggested to go for suitable insurance policy on your own. The Client has to deal directly with the Insurance company in case of settlement of any claim.

The toll-free number of insurance company is available on your policy document. Shubh Tour and Travel Consultancy has no role to pay in this regard.

 

12) Change in Package Price: The Package prices printed / advertised / quoted to Client are dynamic prices. The person booking Package early is likely to get the lowest price as communicated / offered by the Company, subject to availability of seats. Similarly, person booking Package at the last will be offered the highest prices. This pricing module has been adopted to get early bookings on Packages. Hence it is quite obvious that persons travelling on a same group Package are likely to have paid different Package prices. The Company will not entertain any claim whatsoever on account of the same. Also it is clear agreement between either parties that the prices quoted in the proposal / brochure have been calculated based upon the prevailing hotel / transport tariffs and applicable taxes thereon at the time of printing this brochure. The Company reserves the right to amend the price published in this brochure in case of costs increased before the date of departure. All such increases in price must be paid for in full before departure by the Client.

 

13) Force Majeure: -

 

The user agrees that there can be exceptional circumstances where the service operators like the airlines, hotels, the respective transportation providers or concerns may be unable to honor the confirmed bookings due to various reasons like climatic conditions, labor unrest, insolvency, business exigencies, government decisions, operational and technical issues, route and flight cancellations etc. If SHUBHTTC is informed in advance of such situations where dishonor of bookings may happen, it will make its best efforts to provide similar alternative to its customers or refund the booking amount after reasonable service charges, if supported and refunded by that respective service operators. The user agrees that SHUBHTTC being an agent for facilitating the booking services shall not be responsible for any such circumstances and the customers have to contact that service provider directly for any further resolutions and refunds.



The User agrees that in situations due to any technical or other failure in SHUBHTTC, services committed earlier may not be provided or may involve substantial modification. In such cases, SHUBHTTC shall refund the entire amount received from the customer for availing such services minus the applicable cancellation, refund or other charges, which shall completely discharge any and all liabilities of SHUBHTTC against such non-provision of services or deficiencies. Additional liabilities, if any, shall be borne by the User.



SHUBHTTC shall not be liable for delays or inabilities in performance or nonperformance in whole or in part of its obligations due to any causes that are not due to its acts or omissions and are beyond its reasonable control, such as acts of God, fire, strikes, embargo, acts of government, acts of terrorism or other similar causes, problems at airlines, rails, buses, hotels or transporters end. In such event, the user affected will be promptly given notice as the situation permits.

Without prejudice to whatever is stated above, the maximum liability on part of SHUBHTTC arising under any circumstances, in respect of any services offered on the site, shall be limited to the refund of total amount received from the customer for availing the services less any cancellation, refund or others charges, as may be applicable. In no event shall SHUBHTTC and/or its suppliers be liable for any direct, indirect, punitive, incidental, special, consequential damages or any damages whatsoever including, without limitation, damages for loss of use, data or profits, arising out of or in any way connected with the use or performance of the SHUBHTTC website(s) or any other channel . Neither shall SHUBHTTC be responsible for the delay or inability to use the SHUBHTTC websites or related services, the provision of or failure to provide services, or for any information, software, products, services and related graphics obtained through the SHUBHTTC website(s), or otherwise arising out of the use of the SHUBHTTC website(s), whether based on contract, tort, negligence, strict liability or otherwise.



SHUBHTTC is not responsible for any errors, omissions or representations on any of its pages or on any links or on any of the linked website pages.

 

 

 

MEALS AND SPECIAL REQUEST:
The menus for all meals are pre – set menus provided for breakfast/lunch/dinner on the Package as mentioned under each Package itinerary and inclusions as printed in our brochure.

 

  • The meals will be served either at restaurants of hotel of stay or the same could be arranged at local restaurants.

 

  • We entertain the requests for special meals/room allocations only when the client gives such requests in writing. SHUBHTTC will take all necessary steps to ensure that these special requests are honoured. However, if due to any circumstance, these requests are not honoured, SHUBHTTC would not be liable for any claim by the client.

 

  • SHUBHTTC reserves the right to change the menu if circumstances necessitate such a change. If the client does not avail his/her meal (as offered in the menu) in stipulated time for any reason attributable to the client; he/she has to avail the meal on his/her own arrangement and expenses. No claim can be made for the meal which he/she has missed and not utilized then no claim can be made for the unutilized meal against SHUBHTTC

 

 

ITINERARY
Company takes all reasonable steps at the time of finalization the itinerary for the client to ensure that the itinerary is as per the convenience and comfort of the client. For the comfort and convenience of our passengers, we will sometimes reverse the direction, or slightly amend the itinerary. However, in the event of a change in the itinerary, company will inform the client accordingly before the departure of the client on the Package.

 

  • Company shall inform the client in the event of any change in the itinerary of the client post departure in the Package, which is beyond the control of SHUBHTTC. SHUBHTTC shall not be held responsible in any manner whatsoever for any loss that a client might suffer consequent to such a change.

 

  • SHUBHTTC reserves the right to claim any additional expenses because of delays/changes in the itinerary, caused by any reason whatsoever.

 

  • SHUBHTTC reserves the right to amend, alter, vary or withdraw any particular departure, excursion advertised or substitute a hotel of similar class if deemed advisable or necessary.
  • For the convenience of clients, SHUBHTTC will sometimes amend the itinerary. However, all the other services will remain the same

In the event that a Package participant misses on any part of the sightseeing Package or any such Package due to delay on his part, he will not be entitled to claim refund of the same.

HOTEL:

Hotel that form part of the Packages is handpicked by SHUBHTTC keeping in mind the ultimate comfort of the guests. The hotels selected are usually the best in their respective categories and are selected on the basis of strong internal assessment.


We have mentioned the indicative names of the Hotels for each Package. We reserve the right to change the same due to unavoidable circumstances. In that case we may provide alternative, similar accommodation for which we are not liable to pay any refund.

SHUBHTTC will not be held liable for any inconvenience or discomfort caused to the client due to the insufficient services provided at the hotel. SHUBHTTC acts as an agent between the client and the hotel and will under no circumstance be held responsible for inadequate services provided by the hotel.

 

We will not be responsible or liable in case of loss of property or life at the Hotel. Similarly, any damages caused to the hotel rooms during your stay, shall be payable by the Clients and the Company will not be liable for the same.

 

 

AIRLINE:
The airfares the Company has contracted with various airlines are non-refundable. The Company shall in no circumstances whatsoever be liable to the Client or any person travelling with him/her for:

  • While all efforts would be made to accommodate members of a family traveling together in the same flight, depending upon the overall group size the company reserves the right to split the group into multiple airlines for any departure.
  • Loss of baggage/ loss of life or loss of other valuables by the airlines.
  • Overbooking of seats by the airline.
  • Failure on the part of airline to accommodate passengers despite having confirmed tickets.
  • Change of flight timings or change of route with or without prior intimation.
  • If in the event that the flight is over booked or cancelled for whatever reason and the client is not allowed/able to board the flight, the client shall not hold the Company responsible for the same and no claim whatsoever can be made by the client. All incidental expenses arising out of such situation will be payable by the Client.
  • Please note the low cost airlines do not provide meals on board.
  • There is a limitation how much luggage can be carried as check-in baggage and cabin (hand) baggage. Luggage carried over and above the limit will have the be paid for by the Client at the time of check-in. Please note for few sectors caring cabin baggage is not allowed.
  • Airport taxes /airport development fees as applicable to be paid over & above Package cost should there be a rise post the printing of the brochure.
  • Though chances are less, however depending upon the group size the company reserves the right to split the group into multiple airlines for any departure.  
  • All the airline ticket bookings / cancellation and travel on such airline ticket will be subject to the terms & conditions as mentioned in our Booking & Cancellation policy mentioned in this document.

 

 

TRANSPORT / COACH /VEHICLES/SITTING

 

  • On the domestic Packages, air-conditioned/air-cooled non-air-conditioned vehicles are used for transfer purposes including local sightseeing Packages. There are no seat numbers allocated and the clients shall follow instructions of the Package Manager in this regard.
  • Please note that air-conditioner will not work in high hills and no claims to this regard shall be entertained.
  • In case the client is carrying any valuable personal good, it is advisable not to leave it behind at the time of disembarking/ leaving the coach. SHUBHTTC will not be held responsible or liable in case of loss of such items from the coach. All baggage and personal goods are at all times and in all circumstances, the responsibility of the client.
  • Any damage caused to the vehicle during travel because of the actions of the client (willful/negligent), shall be payable by the client and SHUBHTTC will, in no manner whatsoever, be liable for the same.
  • The drivers of the vehicles are bound by specific rules like maximum driving hours within a day/during a week, rest period per day/week etc.
  • Clients will have to strictly adhere to the prescribed timetable for the day so that the driver can complete the travel. In case, any of the sightseeing schedules is missed due to delays caused by the client, the same will not be refunded to the client under any circumstances.
  • Vehicle will be provided as per group size.

 

 

 

 

 

TRANSFER FROM ONE PACKAGE TO ANOTHER
 

A transfer from one Package to another of the originally booked Package will be treated as a cancellation on that Package, thereby attracting the cancellation charges as stated in these terms and a fresh booking on another.

DISCLAIMER

  1. The Client agrees and acknowledges that they consent to participate in the excursion activities (boat rides, ferry rides, snorkeling etc. which is included in the Package) without any obligation from the Company. Client confirms that he/she is medically fit to participate in all activities involved in excursion activities & fully accept my personal responsibility of my safety.
  2. THE COMPANY shall not be liable for any physical injury or loss of life caused to the Client due to such participation.

 

Law & Jurisdiction: 

 

For all complaints, suits, claims or disputes of whatsoever nature relating to any products including Packages by the Company and third-party products and Packages, the courts and tribunals in  Delhi , India alone shall have exclusive jurisdiction. All Packages are subject to laws, rules of RBI / Govt. of India.

 

Upon signing the booking form, the above-mentioned terms & conditions shall be binding on both the Company and the Client and shall become the only basis of relations between the parties and all previous communication in whatsoever form or mode whether oral or otherwise, with respect to any terms & conditions of the Package and services shall stand cancelled / revoked / terminated.
